Ash Wednesday :: Lightly Sweet

Reposted from last year, as I will be following this model throughout Lent for this year too!

"In the shadow of your wings I take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by." (Psalm 57: 2b)

You will be seeing the Lighter side of Sweetness and Light during this Lenten Season.  I may pop in now and again to post some reflections, prayer requests and any happenings that pertain to this quiet season of solitude and turning inwards.

It is my hope and my wish that all of my visitors will find themselves seeking the Lord and His Blessed Mother in all that you do. 

"May we receive a blessing from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings we have come for refuge, Amen. (Magnificat, Feb 2008)
