Mid-Week Wonderful

Candlemas Day proved to be "fair and bright" for us this week. We took the opportunity to head to the beach for some exploration!

Candlemas day fair and bright

It was a glorious day and we discovered so many wonderful creatures we had not seen in the past! We re-identified the supposed "octopus eggs" from our previous visit and have renamed the discovery to be "frilled dogwinkle eggs"! 

Violet was thrilled to have made this discovery and the distinction between the two and the fact that they resemble each other so closely!!
