My offering is a WIP today ~ A Chunky Mini Cardi for Violet (Ravelry notes here). It's from a great book of wonderful patterns called Fitted Knits by Stephanie Japel. Love this one! Hope to make many projects from it...someday :)
My ever faithful clipboard, for scratching my notes as I sized down a bit for Violet creating an XSmall from the Small in the pattern.
Still reading The Children's Book on my Kindle and listening to The Book Thief while I knit (they are both fairly long).

I am hoping for a Kindle, or preferably a color Nook! I love all you can do with them. It would be so nice to it there and let someone read to you as you knit!!

A clipboard--now why didn't I think of that? I'm constantly scratching notes on my knitting directions, but I hate it that they constantly get bent and shoved around in my knitting basket. Thanks for a great idea!

The yarn you are using for violet's cardi looks so soft and plushy :) Love it! I could definitely use one of those clipboards to. I've always got a paper floating around me for notes but that would keep it all so nice and tidy so I don't misplace it *grin*. I think I'm going to have get an audio book. That way I can knit and enjoy my book at the SAME time! I just have so much trouble fitting them both into my day LOL. Have a wondeful weekend :) Hugs
